Can I cancel the order if I do not want it anymore?

Yes, you can cancel the order within 30 minutes since placed, not for over 30 minutes.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

It typically takes about 5-10 business days for your return to arrive at our fulfillment center and be processed for a refund. Once we receive your qualifying return, we will approve your refund immediately. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.

Do you do back orders?

No, we do not do back orders. If an item is out of stock, our customer team will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out-of-stock orders will be canceled unless a replacement item is requested.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We use Square, Stripe, and Paypal for payment, and the following cards are accepted: JCB, VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

What is PayPal?

PayPal is an online payment system that makes paying for things online and sending and receiving money safe and secure. When you link your bank account, credit card, or debit card to your PayPal account, you can use PayPal to make purchases online with participating stores.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged for the cost of each item as it ships. Therefore, you may see multiple credit card charges if you have an order containing multiple items shipped at different times.

How long do our flags last?

Other flag companies recommend replacing outdoor flags after 6 months of continuous use. There are other places online that say polyester and nylon flags only last an average of 90 days… but we want to beat those statistics.
For outdoor flags, if you follow the steps below, your flag should fly for a long time. If you live in a lower latitude (i.e. more direct sunlight, less cloud cover, less political climate, etc.), your flag will last a bit shorter than our northern counterparts. For indoor use, your flag should last for years! (But still watch out for sun fading if near a window.)

Remove Creases:

We get it. You just received your new flag and are ready to wave it! To remove creases, we recommend ironing on medium-low heat. To be extra safe, you can place a sheet between the iron and the flag, and don’t leave the iron in one place for too long.

Fading and Sun Protection:

As with all outdoor items, we recommend using a fabric UV protection spray to slow down the fading of colors, especially if your flag is darker and your flag is placed in a sunny area.

Washing & Cleaning:

Most of our flags are made of polyester, so if your flag needs washing, we recommend hand washing or machine washing on a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent. Instead of putting your flag in the dryer, hang it on a flagpole or lay it flat to dry.

Weather & Wear:

If you know that bad weather or unusually high winds are coming, bring your flag friend indoors like a pet! Also, make sure the flag won’t hit anything (bricks, the side of a house, etc.) while it’s flying. Occasionally check the edges of your flag for wear, especially at the end of the flag (the end of the pole), and try to repair it if you can.
